For the longest time, I have been fascinated with the question of not-quite-human beings ... cyborgs, clones, hybrids, etc ... have Souls or not. My position is that yes, they do. But not everyone agrees with my position. So it was validating for me to discover this work that explores that question from a spiritual perspective ... particularly a Christian perspective ... searching for clues within the bible. This work is not dogmatic, so it's not pushing any particular brand of churchianity. Well, the good news (!) is that Nathan Reynolds has made an audio version of the book , with the hint that a scanned pdf version will be made available in coming weeks. So, who is FunkyFatHead ... well, he's an unidentified middle-aged man who lived somewhere in the north-east USA. He filmed some experiments using various sound wave frequencies, using regular equipment and software, that he conducted in his bedroom.  These early videos showed a small circle of light or plasma hovering above the speaker which was in the middle of his bed when certain frequencies were programmed. This is an initial foray into sorting out my thoughts on the mechanics of shapeshifting.  Shapeshifting is when the individual you are observing changes appearance, whether as camouflage or observing a being shift from one species into another. Knowledge about how to use it possibly filtered into the humanosphere by off-worlders. But the goo itself may have arrived much, much earlier. As Organo-magic ... contains information that interfaces with, and influences proto- and subsequent planetary biologies, including sentient ones.  As Psycho-magic ... when it interfaces with human biology, consciousness is either controlled or altered. Also elicits deep primal fears and revulsion ... resonant with the Abyss, the primal darkness. Fear of being consumed, absorbed. Okay ... so you ALREADY KNOW not to trust everything you see. These life-like masks takes it to another level. Now ... you may feel ready to throw your hands in the air and give up in despair. What's the use - right? - if you can't trust your senses to tell what's real and what's not real around you.  But ... consider this a challenge to sharpen some of your OTHER senses. How clever is it to disguise your attacks as 'natural phenomena'? Many folk would be surprised at what technology we are already capable of, and the audacity of the visions that are being proto-typed.
